The author was born in February 2000 in the village of Tukla, situated in Nuapada district of Odisha, a region within the KBK (Kalahandi–Bolangir–Koraput) belt known for its socio-economic challenges. He is the son of Smt. Taruni Meher and Shri Jagannath Meher, who, despite facing considerable financial hardships, devoted themselves to the upbringing and education of their three children. Their perseverance instilled in him the values of resilience, discipline, and commitment to learning, ultimately enabling him to become a Navodayan. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Zoology at a local autonomous college, where he simultaneously shouldered responsibilities to support his education. During this period, he co-founded Think and Thrive Academy in Khariar, a coaching centre for +2 students, reflecting his entrepreneurial outlook and dedication to fostering education in his community. Motivated by a deep interest in justice and governance, he chose to study law, successfully completing his degree and presently pursuing his postgraduate studies in the discipline. Emerging from modest beginnings, the author represents the aspirations of many young individuals from rural India who strive to transform challenges into opportunities. He regards his achievements as a product of the sacrifices and encouragement of his parents, the steadfast support of his sisters, Sanjukta and Karishma, and the goodwill of friends, relatives, and numerous well-wishers. With gratitude, he dedicates his continued journey to all who have contributed to his growth, directly or indirectly.
