Mrs. Sonia Arora RN, RM, Master of Science in Nursing (AIIMS: 2007-2009), New Delhi,PhD Scholar (nursing) having total enriching experience of around 17 years including teaching as well as clinicals. She has served as Nursing faculty (2012-2022) (Medical-Surgical Nursing) at College of Nursing, Dr. RML Hospital & ABVIMS, New Delhi, Ex-staff nurse (oncology nurse) (2011-2012), IRCH, AIIMS, New Delhi, Ex-nursing faculty, lecturer (2009-2011), Lingayas institute of health sciences, Lingayas University, Faridabad, Haryana and also worked as emergency nurse in red zone area of emergency department of Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi. She has total 20 academic & reserach publications in national as well as international nursing journals indexed in Pubmed & scopus. She has won best paper award in three paper presentation done on international platform. She has been the organizer as well as the resource person in the capacity building program for nursing professionals on insulin therapy conducted at ABVIMS & Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi. She is actively engaged in conducting quality improvement project on diabetic foot care as primary investigator. she is certified trainer in simulation-based education from Indian nursing council, SGT University & Jhpiego, GOI, Certified Soft-skills trainer by INDIAN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY & Certified insulin pump trainer by Ypsomed ltd., 2023.
