"Prof. (Dr.) Suman Vashist is a distinguished academician, researcher, and author in the field of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, with over 17 years of post M.Sc. teaching and research experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychiatric Nursing and is currently serving as Professor and Head, Department of Mental Health Nursing at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. Her scholarly contributions include 100+ research publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-CARE, along with book chapters and edited volumes. She has supervised Ph.D. scholars and numerous postgraduate and undergraduate research projects. A recipient of multiple national awards including the National Best Teacher Award (2025), Young Researcher Award (2024), and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Ratan Samman(2024). Dr. Vashist is also an editor and reviewer for several indexed journals. Her academic interests span mental health promotion, adolescent psychology, digital mental health, psychiatric nursing education, and community mental health research. Ms. Jyoti is a dedicated mental health nursing educator, researcher, and clinician with ""8 years of teaching experience. She is currently pursuing a ""Ph.D. in Nursing and holds an ""M.Sc. in Nursing, with a strong academic foundation and a commitment to excellence in nursing education. Her core areas of expertise include ""Mental Health Nursing, research, therapeutic communication, infection control, and holistic care"". Dr. Joseph Jeganathan is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Nursing, CHSS, University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain since 3rd November 2022. He is expertise in Psychiatric (Mental Health) Nursing. He has more than 19 years' experience in tertiary institutions. He taught nursing courses for Under Graduate and Post graduate nursing programs. He has contributed as a author and co-author in several peer-reviewed and Scopus indexed journal publications. His research areas focus on digital addiction, sleep health, mental well-being, maternal and child health, migration of nurses, and technology-based educational interventions."
